Orders are shipped using various shippers at the Company's discretion and are normally shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

How long before you process and ship out my package?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of order.

What is the time frame for delivery of Ground packages?

For Ground packages, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

What is the time frame for delivery of domestic Express packages (within the United States)?

For domestic Express packages, we offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express. Delivery dates exclude weekends and holidays. For Express orders received by 12:00pm pacific time, we ship the package out the same business day. For Express order received after 12:00pm pacific time we ship the package out the following business day.

For my International shipment (outside the United States), why was I charged a Customs Fee?

For International packages, Customs fees are often imposed at the local level. Global Health Trax has no control over this, as Customs makes the decisions on imposing these fees.

For Shipping to Canada, if the products are sent USPS Express, will the duties and fees still apply?
